Dispatch
Orders paid before 2:00pm PT on a business day usually ship the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.
Rates
- Standard (2–5 business days): $9.95 — free over $200
- Express (1–2 business days): $24.95
- International (7–21 business days): quoted at checkout or by email
Packaging
Vials are foam-sleeved inside a rigid carton. Cold-sensitive items ship with a gel pack in an insulated liner. Every carton is plain and unbranded.
Shipment protection
For $4.99 at checkout we replace your order once if it's lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Email photos within 7 days of delivery.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking email the moment your parcel is collected, and can follow it from your account.
