Returns & refunds

Unopened items
Sealed, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email support@zylopeptides.com with your order number for a return authorisation.
Damaged or incorrect items
Email photos within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace the item or refund it in full, including shipping.
Not returnable
Opened, reconstituted or temperature-abused products can't be returned for integrity reasons.
Subscriptions & Research Panels
Cancel or pause anytime before the next renewal date from your account. Renewals already paid and shipped are covered by the policy above.
Business Credit
Credit packs are non-refundable once credit is added, and never expire while your account is active.
Refund timing
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
